Everything you need to run QuizMasterPlus

A complete walkthrough organized by what you're actually trying to do — whether you're setting up an organization, teaching a course, running the front desk, or taking a quiz.

Section 1

Getting Started

Creating a new organization

If you're setting up QuizMasterPlus for your school, college, church or business for the first time:

  1. Open the app and tap "Create an organization" on the Login screen.
  2. Enter your name, email, organization name and a password.
  3. Choose a plan — Starter, Professional or Enterprise. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
  4. You're now the Manager of that organization, with full access to every feature.

Joining an existing organization

If someone else already set up your organization, you'll join by invitation rather than creating a new one:

  1. Your Manager invites you from the Team screen, choosing your role (Manager, Instructor, Staff or Student).
  2. They'll send you an invitation code — by copying it into a message, or using the share button.
  3. Open the app, go to the Login screen, tap "Have an invitation code?", and enter the code (plus your name and a password, if you don't already have an account).
  4. You're in — the app takes you straight to the dashboard for your role.

Logging in later

Once your account exists, just use your email and password on the Login screen. If you belong to more than one organization, you'll be asked which one to open.

Section 2

For Managers

The Manager runs the organization — team, billing and everything Instructors and Staff can do.

Building your team

Open Team from the drawer menu:

  • Invite someone: enter their email, pick a role (Manager, Instructor, Staff or Student), and tap Invite. Copy or share the resulting invitation code with them directly.
  • Change a member's role: tap the edit icon next to their name and pick a new role.
  • Remove product access: revokes their access to QuizMasterPlus but keeps them as an organization member — useful if you want to re-grant access later.
  • Remove from organization: fully removes the member; they'd need a new invitation to rejoin.

You can never change or remove your own access from this screen — that's intentional, so you can't accidentally lock yourself out.

Billing & subscription

Open Billing to see your current plan, usage against plan limits, and AI credit balance. Manage Subscription opens secure checkout to upgrade your plan or update payment details; Plans shows a full feature comparison if you're considering a change.

Organization dashboard

Your Dashboard shows organization-wide numbers — students, courses, active batches and assessments — plus your subscription status and AI credit balance at a glance.

Everything else

As Manager, you also have full access to Courses, Students, Batches, Live Classes, Categories, Evaluators and Reports — everything covered in the Instructor and Staff sections below.

Section 3

For Instructors

Create and teach courses, quizzes, assignments and live classes.

Creating a course

  1. From Courses, tap Add Course. Fill in title, description, category and pricing/certificate settings.
  2. Open the course to add chapters, then lessons within each chapter.
  3. Lessons are built from blocks — text, quizzes or assignments can all be embedded directly into a lesson.

Creating a quiz

You can build a quiz two ways:

  • By hand: set the title, timer, negative marking and attempt limit, then add questions — multiple choice (single or multi-select), user-input (short text answer) or open-ended.
  • With AI: tap "Generate," pick a course/chapter/lesson topic (or describe one), review the staged questions, then finish the rest of the quiz's settings and submit — the quiz is created first, then questions generate into it.

Every AI-generated question is fully editable before you publish. Long-press or use the delete icon on any quiz to remove it — deleting a quiz also deletes its questions.

Assignments

Create Assignment screens work the same way — describe what students should submit, and optionally use AI to generate the assignment question and a model answer.

Live classes

Schedule a live class against a batch and a Zoom account (managed separately under Zoom Settings). Students see it on their dashboard and can join directly from the app.

Reworking a question

Not happy with a question's phrasing? Use the AI reword option to get an alternative version without rebuilding the question from scratch.

Section 4

For Staff

Day-to-day operations — students, certificates and batch scheduling.

Registering a student

From Students, tap Add Student and enter their name and email. They're created as a real account you can then enroll into courses and batches.

Issuing certificates

Some certificates issue automatically once a student passes. For certificate tracks that require sign-off, Staff run the evaluation workflow: a student's request is scheduled, graded, and the certificate is issued once complete.

Batch timetables

Open a batch to manage its schedule — add or edit timetable entries so students know when and where each session happens.

Section 5

For Students

Learn, take quizzes, and track your progress.

Your home screen

See your enrolled courses with progress, upcoming live classes, and earned achievements the moment you open the app.

Taking a quiz

Open a quiz from My Learning or Assessments. Answer each question within any configured time limit — objective questions (multiple choice, short text) are graded automatically the instant you submit; open-ended answers are reviewed by your Instructor.

Viewing results & certificates

Your score, correct answers and explanations appear as soon as grading completes. Certificates you've earned are downloadable from the Certificates tab.

Section 6

Understanding AI Credits

AI generation is a shared, metered resource per organization — here's how it works.

Every plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance: 20 on Starter, 100 on Professional, 500 on Enterprise. Credits are shared across your whole organization, not per person.

Generating quiz questions, course content or assignment content each draw from that balance — a typical quiz generation costs a few credits, so a Starter plan comfortably covers regular use for a small team. Your remaining balance is always visible on the Manager dashboard and the Billing screen.

If you run low, you can upgrade your plan at any time from Billing — the new allowance applies immediately.

Section 7

How Certificates Work

There are two paths to a certificate:

  1. Automatic issuance: set a pass criteria on a course or quiz, and the certificate generates and becomes available the moment a student meets it — no manual work.
  2. Evaluation workflow: for certificate tracks that need sign-off, a student requests an evaluation slot, Staff schedule it, grade the result, and the certificate issues once approved.

Certificates are viewable and downloadable from the Student's own Certificates tab at any time after issuance.

Section 8

The QuizMasterPlus Android App

Every role uses the same app — what you see is scoped automatically to your role the moment you log in. Managers and Instructors manage content and teams; Students take quizzes, join live classes and view certificates, all from their phone.
