Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuizMasterPlus (the "Service"), operated by Queen Touch Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a school, institution or employer, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Description of Service

QuizMasterPlus provides tools to create quizzes and assessments, generate questions using AI, deliver exams to participants, evaluate results, issue certificates and analyze performance. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• The Free plan is available at no cost, subject to the usage limits described on our Pricing page.
• Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, question banks or participant data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service without written permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the quizzes, questions and content you create ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Queen Touch Technology a limited license to host, store and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your invited participants. AI-generated question suggestions are provided as a drafting aid; you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before publishing.

6. Certificates

Certificates issued through QuizMasterPlus reflect performance on assessments created within the platform. We do not guarantee that certificates will be recognized by any third party, employer or accrediting body; that determination rests with the issuing institution and the recipient.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where practical, and are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us; Section 5 (content ownership) and Section 9 (limitation of liability) survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queen Touch Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue or academic outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
